About the resort

Swahili style on Turtle Bay.

Medina Palms is on Turtle Bay in Watamu, north of Mombasa, beside the Watamu Marine National Park. White Swahili-style buildings, arches and courtyards run from the village road down to the beach, joined by a chain of pools. Etana works with the resort and can include it in a journey you plan with us.

Every one of its 50 suites, penthouses and villas has a lounge, a veranda and a small kitchen, so families can spread out and keep their own hours. The villas facing the ocean have three to five bedrooms and a plunge pool. There is a spa and a small gym, a children’s club, the Amandina restaurant and a rooftop lounge for sundowners.
